Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 750ml Our Price: $122.00
| This shows a classic snapshot of what the 2008 vintage was all about. Of course, the aroma contains the typical Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon characters of mulberry and red currant but these are given significant lift by pretty notes that can be traced back to the early Autumn. Cabernet’s rose-like and pomegranate scents are not often retained but in this wine they help the nose fill the glass. In the background the wine still retains the typical dark chocolate, earth and leatherlike complexities, as well as spicy, toasty oak

Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 750ml Our Price: $110.00
Bright youthful, deep brick red colour, attractive primary fruit, violets, toasty oak, leather, chocolate and mulberry. The wine sings with generous primary fruit. On the palate, the generous dark fruit flavours and full body make it almost plump and round, but underneath is a firm but well-integrated tannin structure and toasty, smoky oak in the background. It has good length and finishes with some violet notes.

Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 750ml Was: $120.00 Our Price: $108.00
| The Moss Wood 2005 Cabernet has a pure voluminous fruit statement of perfumes of violet, fruits of the forest, mulberry, blueberry and blackcurrant aromas - the palate is a statement of vibrant dark fruits which fill the palate from front to back. There’s tight structure, balance and opulence (though it’s not soft and plump) with flavours jumping out and grabbing you by the throat. The oak flavours and the tannins sit seamlessly at the back, giving the wine near-perfect balance.

Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 750ml Was: $120.00 Our Price: $108.00

| Very typical Cabernet Sauvignon fruit aromas. Red currant, mulberry, dark chocolate combine with a background of charry oak, cigar box and spice. It is worth noting the wine’s concentration is such that it can take several minutes to unfold. We recommend allowing it to breathe
