	Made from our 30 year old Pyresnese estate vines and a small portion of Heathcote shiraz, this velvety, rich blend was matured for eighteen months in one year-old and new French oak barriques. While a pleasure to drink now, the structure, fruit concentration and balance will allow it to cellar for 6-8 years from vintage.

	From Brigstock, an English village in county Northamptonshire, the Brown family settled in Australia in 1852. As a tribute to these pioneers, Browns of Padthaway is proud to release this wine bearing the Brigstock label. Premium fruit from the 1998 vintage has been selected, enabling this pinnacle red to be blended from Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
